The goal of the first free session is to learn about your individual goals, and perform a body-alignment analysis. This will give me the information necessary to not only help you gain muscle or lose fat, but also to eliminate aches & pains and improve posture through your workouts. You’re guaranteed to learn a few things about your own body during these tests! The second free session is a full training session, so that you know exactly what to expect before committing to begin a program.
