Much more than just a workout-

All training sessions include:
  • Resistance training exercises tailored specifically for you- Based on your goals and the results of a thorough alignment analysis, a personalized plan will be put together to help you reach your goals while correcting your alignment in the process. This will ensure that you FEEL as good as you look when you reach your goals!
  • Myofascial massage with Deep Muscle Stimulator and/or Vibracussor to relieve muscle adhesions and tension, increase flexibility / range of motion, and reduce aches, pains, and stiffness.
  • Targeted stretching- After strengthening and relaxing your muscles, stretching is utilized to lengthen those tight muscles and complete the last piece of the puzzle. Your alignment analysis will tell us exactly where we need to target our stretching to be as efficient as possible in locating the muscles that are causing you the most harm in their current shortened state.

Training Packages:

“Plus” Package- $95/Session
  • One 1-hour session per week with resistance training, stretching, and myofascial massage.
  • Workout logs detailing exactly what to do on your own workouts in between training sessions, along with cardio prescriptions so that every detail of your exercise plan is provided and no guess work is left for you to figure out between visits.
“Pro” Package- $90/Session
  • Two 1-hour sessions per week with resistance training, stretching, and myofascial massage.
  • Workout logs detailing exactly what to do on your own workouts in between training sessions (if extra workouts are necessary), along with cardio prescriptions so that every detail of your exercise plan is provided and no guess work is left for you to figure out between visits.
  • Nutritional guidance and recommendations to help increase the results of your exercise program.
“Superior” Package- $85/Session
  • Three or more 1-hour sessions per week with resistance training, stretching, and myofascial massage.
  • Workout logs detailing exactly what to do on any workouts in between training sessions (not typically necessary when training 3x per week, with the exception of athletes), along with cardio prescriptions so that every detail of your exercise plan is provided and no guess work is left for you to figure out between visits.
  • Nutritional guidance and recommendations to help increase the results of your exercise program.
  • Strategy and Assessment Report upon beginning program, along with monthly Progress and Strategy Update Reports to track monthly goals and to keep you in the loop on exactly what we are working on at all times.
